Very weird dream... doctor friend

I dreamed of a doctor/friend of ours.

I was spending the day at his office. All of his visits to children were 34cents. Any donations welcome.

There was a little girl there with a high fever. After the visit, the nurses would allow her to put/throw the change into the doctor's bucket.

This little girl put the quarter in her mouth. I reached in and took it out.
