My vote is NY Lotto. I hope NY Lotto and Nevada merge to play CA Super Lotto Plus together.

No contest! Lottario payout percentage 50% v NY Blotto's 38%-40%. Canadian lottery prizes tax-free; NY Blotto winners are subject to immediate tax withholdings. NYC and Yonkers residents pay CITY tax in addition to state and federal taxes.

NY Blotto bombed in the best lottery game tournament, which was won by Tennessee Lotto 5. Any list of best lottery games SHOULD NOT include NY Blotto.
