I think the real reason they killed Quinto was that it frequently had the same cash prize as lotto but at better odds.

I don't mind seeing odd games like Quinto go out the door, simply because they make my life harder!

Plus, with a traditional game, we can post predictions for the game on the predictions board and use the Search and Statistics pages.

Washington is giving Quinto the 'ole heave ho, in favor of a new game, Hit 5. The game will have the exact same prize structure as Little Lotto in IL and Fantasy 5 in MI. But unlike these games, it will be drawn thrice a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
