When I didn't see it in the midday, I said it's got to be for the evening time.

Let's see how many days the 16 pair will come out consecutively. Since this pair was off for 3 days.

Ok for the midday, we had 1166 in the Tri-State. That could very well mean that 116,166 boxed or straight in any state.

The 16 pair didnot show again today. Here is an example in July when it skipped 2 days in a row on a Saturday Sunday just as it has happened this time around. It skipped on Saturday July 22, Sunday July 23.

I have found that the 16 pair shows with another digit almost everyday with minimal skips. The 16 pair didnot show on 02/24/07, there is a good chance that it may show today. I have had it in my predictions. Sometimes there are multiple hits per day.
