			<description><![CDATA[<p>The key is finding WHICH 2 or 3 solar companies to invest in.<br /><br />When I did well in 1998, I had a chart of 32 companies to choose from, I narrowed it down to 8, I invested in those 8 - one of them a higher percentage than the others - and a year later, 7 of my 8 were in the top 8 of those 32 for my ROI, the one I &#x27;missed&#x27; on was 12th.<br /><br />That was then, situations are much different now, I don&#x27;t know if I can replicate that much of a gain again.</p>]]></description>

I couldn&#x27;t have said it any better.<br /><br />I think one of the reasons why the elderly win more often is because the last thing on most teenagers&#x27; minds is to go out and spend their measley payday check on lottery tickets. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Because I took &#x27;DIScourage&#x27; to mean something like what happened with cigarette ads - ban them from TV and people will stop smoking. Hasn&#x27;t happened.<br /><br />Ban Lottery and Casino ads is one way I would view as a discouragement.... but that&#x27;s probably just me. Maybe I read too much into it.<br /><br />We tell our kids every day to do something - or not to do something, and then WE go do the opposite - whatever &#x27;it&#x27; is.<br /><br />How can I tell my kid that is 18 not to play the Lottery when I do ? 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Once you&#x27;re an adult (18), you&#x27;re free to do as you please.<br /><br />Shouldn&#x27;t teens be allowed to play Pick 3 and Pick 4, since they take away the least money from the player?  They return 50%.  Most lotteries return around 50%, but it&#x27;s not 50% to all players...some people (jackpot winners) get a lot more of that 50%.</p>]]></description>
