			<description><![CDATA[<p>Too bad state lotteries won&#x27;t sell across state lines.<br /><br />Usamega has a link to betslips.  (Sorry I can&#x27;t post the links, I haven&#x27;t been here long enough and don&#x27;t want to be unceremoniously kicked out on my azz again.  You have NO idea what I had to do to get back in last time.  )  Has anyone used betslips?  I just have a hard time trusting that I&#x27;d get my ticket if it were the big winner.</p>]]></description>
