On the back of each weekly game card it says that the losing cards can be submitted for the $2 million lottery drawing. Do you send in the entire card or just the top part where it indicates with a scissor icon that the top section is cut out, filled in and then sent in. Which is it? I would think that it's just the top part, but the small print just says to send in the game card . Please advise. Thanks.
