Actually, GA Cash3 started Aug 10th of '93 and Cash4 started Apr 6th of '97.

Hey there pumpi76, I went to resources clicked on Search for something put in the words state lottery started. You will see many posts on or related to this topic. Here is a link to one of them that gives when the different state lotteries were started.
