			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe it&#x27;s just my military background and old age showing, but I don&#x27;t think so! My good  ole  dog Duke was just a barking up a storm last night here in Texas. We play pick 3 EVEnings only now in Texas. The drawing occurs around 10:17 PM MON-SAT. Normally, five to ten minutes after the drawing the results are posted on txlottery.org and here on Lottery Post results. Duke kept nudging me towards my PC and it was 11:30 PM.
