It depends on the game your'e playing. Sometimes a bit of cleavage makes it a sure thing. Then again, not all cleavage has an equal chance.

As Surge pointed out, more men gamble (although the number of female gamblers is increasing all the time), thus a man is more likely to hit, but no playslip cares about the gender of who fills it out, no lottery terminal cares about the gender of the person playing the ticket, etc......

It's not like a clerk is going to run a ticket and the machine is going to stop and say:

CANNOT BE RUN. PLAYER IS FEMALE. TRY AGAIN.
