A 9 shouldn't fall in the first position, a 1 shouldn't fall in the second position, and a 7 shouldn't fall in the third position of this evening's Pick3.

A 0 shouldn't fall in the first position, a 3 shouldn't fall in the second position, and a 3 shouldn't fall in the third position of this evening's Pick3. Tonight's Pick3 shouldn't be a double, but anything is possible. Hot digits for this evening are 9 and 7.
