Yuppers, no state would create a game like that. Not enough profit in it.

But the original question was would you play a game like that? And from a players standpoint, it's better odds than any other Pick 5 game I've ever seen out there. Certainly better than our 5/31 game, with all the lower tier prizes in it being twice what we get. But that is exactly why no state would start it.

Under the conditions specified the game payout percentage would be 76.98%, not 60%.

It's just a hybrid of already state-butchered games that lower so called jackpot amounts for getting all the winning numbers.

I'll continue to play the original 5/39 game where I live.
