one reason maybe, that some folks (like myself) bought for three drawings. I wasnt sure that this past one was going to be hit so I figured since I'm there might as well buy ahead. I had to drive 120 miles so best to be prepared then head back again for the drawing hoopla.

The annuity is not a record, but the cash value is. The $20 million annuity was only worth $11.2 million cash, while the current $19 million annuity is $11.3 million cash.

Bradly_60...the $19 million figure is not a record. The record for a second draw is $20 million which was reached in April of 2006. It occured after run that ended at $265 million.

that has to be a new record. I don't think I ever seen it jump above $16 million aftter the first roll before. People must be cashing in their $2 and $3 winners from Tuesday and buying tickets...haha
