			<description><![CDATA[<p>I gave you people 4 days, and there are still no votes. The tourney has to move on, I&#x27;m casting my tie-breaker. I&#x27;m going to give it to France&#x27;s Loto for two reasons. One is it&#x27;s unique, they have not one, but two draws on drawing nights, and that give players two chances to win on every line. Two, I have to imagine the French government is more trustworthy than the Mexican gov&#x27;t. So...<br /><br />POLLING IS OVER!!!!!!!<br /><br />FR Loto wins with a tie-breaking vote.</p>]]></description>
