I gave you people 4 days, and there are still no votes. The tourney has to move on, I'm casting my tie-breaker. I'm going to give it to France's Loto for two reasons. One is it's unique, they have not one, but two draws on drawing nights, and that give players two chances to win on every line. Two, I have to imagine the French government is more trustworthy than the Mexican gov't. So...

I'm going to end up doubling what was already an extended time frame. But the vote is now due 3/19 at 10PM EST.
