I am a HARD MONEY lender and basically I work with people who need loans quick for their big buildings in Los Angeles and other cities. They have from 50% to 70% loan to value on the property .... you loan out the money to them and if they dont pay back according to the terms you just made double profits but if they do pay you back you get a 13% return on your money. This is big money I just posted here hoping to find someone that might be willing to make alot of money with not alot of risk.

Now what we are doing is bringing in $40Million with our investment.. How ever it is only twice a year... If taken 1/2 year income from this investment to put toward the new investment.. What does Big mean
