in Maryland usually 15 to 20 minutes before the draw. sometimes 30 minutes a lot depends on weekends and holidays.

In Ohio you can buy tickets up to 15 mins. before the drawing, that's 7:15 PM for local drawings Rolling Cash5 and Classic Lotto and 10:45 PM for the MegaMillions. In every store I've ever bought tickets their terminals weren't working 3-5% of the time so I usually give myself an extra 15 mins. just in case I have go to another store.

I've been checking some of the state sites and most list their drawing times, but it is a mixed bag to find how late tickets can be bought.

What time is your state's EVENING P5 drawing and what is the latest time (cutoff) you can buy a ticket for it?

I am especially interested in the midwest states (IL, OH, PA, TN, etc.) Slainte
