			<description><![CDATA[<p>In my latest powerball excel project, I have a part of one page that gives positional skip info<br /><br />for example, the 03 drawn as PB last night...<br /><br />current draws out = 0<br /><br />Average skip = 46<br /><br />longest skip = 116<br /><br />What can I do with this info?<br /><br />Also I have an  observed follower range<br /><br />for 03 as PB, it&#x27;s 01 to 40<br /><br />And Odd/Even data for 03&#x27;s followers (9 odd/11 even)<br /><br />I have some decent puzzle pieces with no big picture to work from...<br /><br />any ideas</p>]]></description>
