The Bookies here paid $600, gave you $6 worth of play if you bet $5, offered credit, cashed pay checks and used the state lottery's number. I never heard anybody say they weren't paid and were paid in full the next day.

Just thought of something else....all Pick 3 systems would bite the dust because when the bookies offer a pick 3, the winning number comes fromn yesterday's total mutual handle at a specified race track (last three dollar didgits). So if the total mutual handles was $360,579.50 let's say, the number woud be 579.

No system in that. And the tracks are rotated so as to prevent any 'shennanigans'.

Maybe that's why they sell so many dream books on the East Coast.

You'd be playing Pick 3 and if the middle digit is a 1 you win $450 instead of $500.

Don't feel bad because you couldn't predict correctly.

At this rate, If humans lived for another thousand years without killing each other, we would be able to read minds by then, maybe even predict the numbers better. But for now....we have a lot to learn.
