KY Floyd...does that take into account the $25.8 million in sales? At 30% contribution it comes out to about $7.5 million extra or an extra $3.75 miilion for each of two winners. Still a losing propostion.

Well the jackpot is still growing....there are only selling less than $5million a drawing. Even after taxes now it would be worth making a profit. But $25 million tickets might not be possible in the time frame you have. haha

Brad

That wouldn't be a very smart move...after you end up paying FEDERAL taxes, you would only stand to gain $4M...that is unless there are multiple matching winning tickets...in that case, you would be screwed...huge loss! Might as well take $5M and head to Vegas...at least, you would still have $20M left over

This doesn't happen to often in the lottery world but you could buy a win in the Lotto Texas game. There are only 25,827,165 possible combinations while the jackpot is $39,800,000. ($66 million annuity) Anyone got $25 million on them? haha

B-rad
