I play insta piks and choose numbers as well. That way if I don't win on one I may win on the other. I don't want to miss my chance if it's my turn to win a large prize.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post the link, but I found information on QP statistics in Florida and am very surprised that the amount of winners using QPs isn't very high. I thought it would be at least 75%. Am I reading this wrong? This is the HTML version, not the .pdf. Everytime I read a press release I see Quick Pick but maybe I just notice it more rather when it doesn't mention it at all. I use my own numbers most of the time, but I buy quick picks as well. I always pick my own for Ohio, playing only Pick 3 and Pick 4. I have a big set of about 40-50 numbers that I play for all states, playing only the ones that fit the current trend of numbers in all states. It seems the most profitable way for me so far.

15 to 20 tickets. When I get tired of figuring all this out, then I just play

quick picks, and invariably, never win anything. But it's easier than burying

my nose in 10 to 20 pages of results, trying to figure out the number sequence.

Picking #'s makes the game that much more fun. How fun can it be to say 5 QP's please . How often do you come a # or 2 away with QP's on any given draw? It is rare form for me not to get atleast 3#'s - which helps pay for the next draw. Either way - a win would make my day - but I would prefer a win I predicted - not the green terminal at the end of the counter. QP's will not do anything for any player in Pinellas County for atleast a year (atleast a JP) - Good Luck either way... [ More ]

It looks like Quicker Pickers are having most of the luck in Florida...reading your previous post I bet you went like this after you saw the winning numbers, Dang, got the 2 43, but if I would have added 2 to my next two numbers, added 10 to 16 and subtracted 10 from 29, I would have been singing a happy tune right about now! Especially when you ask your fiance what the 1st and last #'s are and she tells you 2 43 (After saying the winner was at 7-11). That is my luck though. FF has won at every Publix nearby (twice) - no luck - coming just a couple #'s off each draw is frustrating - but gives you better hope than QP's. ANy QP player in Pinellas County - I would not play a QP for atleast a year

There really is no rhyme or reason to the numbers drawn which is why QP'ers probably win more often than those who try to analyze the numbers.

Same here. I usually pick 5-10 depending on how high the JP is and get 5 QP also. However, if I am at a store and there happens to be a green machine there, i'll just ask for 1 or 2 QP's and thats it. Or sometimes i'll just grab a sheet and pick numbers off the top of my head as fast as I can.
