you will notice that the scratch-offs that cost 1 dollar do not pay no more than 3,000, when i know I have seen scratch-offs that cost 1 dollar and pay 25K and i have even seen scratch-offs that cost 1 dollar and pay 50,000 all in Georgia...And none of their 3 dollar scratch-offs pay more than 50K...And Texas is Bigger than Georgia in population...It has 5 times the populat... Guys i was looking at TX's Scratch-offs and they got scratchers that cost $20 and only pays 1 Million, while in Georgia I've seen Scratch-offs that cost $20 dollars and would give you 5 million...I think i saw one scratch-offs that cost 20 dollars an would give you 200 million, but i think it was 200 million to give away as prizes...
