The most I have ever spent on a single draw was in March of this year when Mega Millions hit its record jackpot...I spent a total of $54...spread out from Saturday after that last rollover to Tuesday...funny thing is that I did win some money...off of the initial $2 I spent on own picks...guess I could have saved $52 in the process, but of course, I like everyone else got caught up in the record jackpot hype!

Hey Ed, think you could spare me fifty-two dollars?! Just kidding

I spend $100 a week on megamillions... I pre-pick 50 lines for each drawing and do a multi-draw on them for 4 or 5 draws ahead... I m well ahead now with a big win several weeks ago..

About 10 years ago I bought $100 of Florida Lottery tickets. The pot was 50-60 million. The night before on a hunch I played $10 dollars in Florida Fantasy 5, I played numbers I had had a dream about. I had 8 winners - 4-4's and 4-3's. That was the old Fantasy 5 game, they had a lot of winniners and all together it only paid about 127 dollars. So I blew most of it on the Lotto. without one winning ticket.

$200 on 10 dollar newly released scratch tickets. I won $600 hitting various amounts that day..pretty sweet. I'd only do that with newly released tickets so I know there is the best chance of getting a better cash prize.

In 1995 when Georgia had Powerball, spent $120 on quick picks because the jackpot was extremely high. Did not get even $1 back so learned that for me, spending high on terminal generated QP's is definitely not the way to play.

The most I've spent on lottery on a draw was $94.00. I played $94.00 on pick 3 for a week. I hit everyday, then went 3 days without a hit so I stopped. The most I have every played was $40.00 on 999 on the midday draw. That evening it fell and all I had was .50 on it.

yeah i didnt include the raffle either but i spent $180 on the ky lottery raffle and ive spent about $250 on the tn raffle so far but i plan to buy some more tickets even though i know ive crossed my original amount i planned to spend on this raffle.

I really don't know! I'm guessing $20 on one lottery game is the most I've spent (although many years ago I'm sure I lost as much as $500 in one day in a casino.) I rarely spend more than $5 at a time on lottery tickets now.

The most I ever spent on a drawing was $7 on Mega Millions when the jackpot was over $300,000,000.

The most I ever spent in one day was $68, but that was in Missouri and included advanced draw Powerball, Missouri Lotto, and Show Me 5 Paydown. Including Powerball that $68 was in action for 15 weeks.

more then a 1 dollar and less then 1k.

Sometimes being in a lottery pool has its advantageous for *seeming* to play alot of tickets but in reality it was a group funding. Some for scratch offs some for raffles, some for MultiState games.

I love when folks would say I was wasting my money, Id be like, its NOT my money to waste! Its the groups :) Kicker is, we actually faired well between the three various lottery type games.
