I was not going to buy a ticket, until I saw on the deadline day that they would only be able to sell about 70% of their 500,000 tickets. When I realized how much better that made the odds for a shot at a million bucks, I bought one, especially since it also makes the odds for the lower tier prizes better than any of the jp lotteries they are running. Normally, I would never buy a $10 ticket, not even a scratch-off.

Also, was a good P.R. move by WI to draw when they said they would; even with only 345,635 tickets sold.

I'd play again.

i know exactly what you mean i have to enter at least on time or buy one of the new scratch offs just so i can say i tried because it is an old saying but you cant win if you dont play so i can say i have at least tried to win all these years...

i doubt all 240480 remaining numbers are going to be sold out by the 2007-04-28@21:00CT end sale date-time. at this rate, they may have to extend sales about one or two months. i may take another $20.00 sample somewhere in the state on or before 2007-04-28.

Yeah, that had crossed my mind. However, if I'm to have even an infinitesimal chance of winning something, I have to buy at least one ticket. It's a matter of choice, really, you do or you don't. In your case, you don't; nothing wrong with that. I may take another Random Sample sometime later this month or next if there are any available.

I am a non-Cheese Head who foolishly bought an Illinois raffle ticket; I did so just because there were 4 top prizes of $1M (annuity); Wisconsin's raffle only features one top prize of $1M (annuity), so there is no way I would even drop a dollar on that raffle. I'd rather take my chances on PB, MegaBucks, or even Super Cash.
