			<description><![CDATA[<p>I apologize if this has all been discussed here before as I couldn&#x27;t find any via search.<br /><br />I was looking for some input on this pick 3 system you see on the web for free (and sometimes people actually try to charge for it). This system uses a box pick to basically pick all combinations of a non-repeating win containing one  seed  number. Of course, the problem is it is double or nothing and I think the cost per play is around $30 to play all the combos.
