			<description><![CDATA[<p>vastine maybe you could explain. the reason why i want to know so bad is because louisiana has only gotten quaids 3 times in all history 1st the 4&#x27;s then the 8&#x27;s and now the 9&#x27;s i can see the 9&#x27;s coming from the 4&#x27;s. so i would think the 3&#x27;s will come from the 8&#x27;s. shoot i hope so</p>]]></description>
