Actually I was explaining how to get a root sum. I don't know what root sum is due in your state. Once you figure out what room sum is due (or there may be several) then make your plays from there. Good luck! Use the search feature here and see what you can come up with. BlackApple is very knowledgable when it comes to root sums. I would read through some of his posts for sure.

I would suggest playing root sum 4 ( or any root sum) when it has been missing for a while, say 10 or so draws. Just my opinion, not a hard and fast rule...
