There are lots of games that have overall odds of 1:10 of winning a prize but those prizes are usually $1 or a free play which are offered to keep players interested.  Lotteries are designed to be a source of revenue for the states and entertainment for the players.<br /><br />If anyone had a way to consistently win and show a profit, you can bet they wouldn&#x27;t share it with any one else even for a price.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>By hitting on a consistent basis I&#x27;m going to figure you can&#x27;t be talking anything other than Pick 3.<br /><br />I&#x27;d say theorhetically it&#x27;s possible, but to hit and show a profit is an entirely different story.<br /><br />If someone played a $1 straight box and won $290, they&#x27;re up.<br /><br />If someone boxes 54 combinations and &#x27;hits&#x27; one (you can only hit one on any draw), and wins $40, so what.<br /><br />Just my $.02</p>]]></description>
