What i did was made a chart of all the relative numbers associated with the 000,My Theory is oberving any line in the above chart if it has 1 or more numbers in the set of 6 from your state or the state you play then you can create a HOt LIst for your state, every number before and after the 000's in the chart is it's indicator,I hope you understand what i am saying,it is just my theory and what i have observed in the past,Goodluck
