			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello to everyone,<br /><br />I&#x27;m a new member and recently signed up with the premium service to use this site&#x27;s vast resources, along with everyone&#x27;s wealth of knowledge. I&#x27;m from North Carolina and primarly play only NC&#x27;s P3, Cash 5, and Powerball.  I try to read the pick 3 forum daily, but there are few posts which are specific to NC.
