Help with NC pick 3

Hello to everyone,

I'm a new member and recently signed up with the premium service to use this site's vast resources, along with everyone's wealth of knowledge. I'm from North Carolina and primarly play only NC's P3, Cash 5, and Powerball. I try to read the pick 3 forum daily, but there are few posts which are specific to NC. I am trying to learn how to use some of the various systems here to help with my P3 picks, but it's still somewhat confusing.
