			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s very intresting. I seem only to get the same amount of the scratch off as the prize. I got frustrated and wrote the NCEL and asked why there were few winners in the Fayetteville, NC area of large amounts. And why did a town the size of Rocky Mount, NC had 5-10 times the winners of larger amounts. It was reasoned that there were MORE tickets sold in the town of Rocky Mount than Fayetteville. I can&#x27;t see that at all. It&#x27;s still pretty low, but it is better than the payouts in CA and OK.</p>]]></description>
