It's May 1!

The REASON I say it's May 1st is that the actual full moon (which rarely precisely occurs at midnight of the day in question) occurs on May 2, 2007 at 6:10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. That means if one is to round it to the nearest evening, it is May 1, not May 2.

When I built Lottery Post's lunar calendar, I really went back and built it from scratch to take things like that into account.

Some (actually MOST) lunar calendars just take whatever the Naval Observatory spits... [ More ]

Just click Lunar Calendar in the Resources menu. It is more accurate than most lunar calendars on the internet, and even shows you a giant replica of the moon phase at the exact current point in time.

There is a full moon tomorrow so the watch is from 4/28-5/4 if I'm counting right. You can also put Blackapple Full Moon in the search engine to pull up Blackapple's previous Full Moon Triple watch postings.

But Blackapple...we do miss your knowledge and postings on this.
