			<description><![CDATA[<p>am I understanding the procedure Correctly?..They just test the computer to make sure all possible combinations are available?..Did someone break in and steal some of the combinations?..LOL..on a more serious note...if they are just checking to see if all combinations are AVAILABLE..but not actually drawing any..as in a pre-test..I could be cool with that...if I lived up there..the problem I have is them(lotteries that remove combinations)  that doesnt count...</p>]]></description>
