They used to steal here by putting a scratch across the code on the ticket. Some of them had figured out which letters/numbers had to be there for a winner, and they could put the scratch in the right spot to see what it was.

I actually bought a couple of those. I feel like such a dork now that I know they were in effect pre-scratched.

i played a scratch off yesterday for the first time in a year.a two dollar jimbo bucks but didn't win.pick 4 is what i like because its my bread and butter.i know what side my oven is toasted on........

would rather be in charge of my own faith, and chances,,, if i win ,,i win if i lose ,,, then i lose but not by no ticket and by the way are those numbers picked by a computor and put there or a guy in a suit who selects numbers and has them put on the tickets,,,

For instance this week on the lottery post home page their were two stories of store clerks stealling the winnings of people went in to claim their money.

I don't pay scratch off mainly because I never win, and secondly there seems to be a lot of theft of winnings on scratch off tickets from the store clerks.
