IF is not good enough! First, WIN SOMETHING that would dazzle us all, then WE might reconsider your offer. My first thought when reading your post is that your pretty naive to think that people would jump on your bandwagon without showing us something tangible...like past winning reciepts or tickets etc;etc.

On the other hand... if you would consider to pay all the taxes on any money won then I would reconsider your proposal.

I think there are a lot more interesting subjects to discuss about playing in a lottery pool than simply saying send me (a LP member and a nice guy in Chicago) your lottery money and trust me to buy your QPs. Maybe have a discussion about the types of systems a lottery pool could use that an individual player might not be able to afford for example.

It would likely be illegal anyway to use real money, no? Instead of going into these pools, where you'll win less money than if you won alone but you have better odds, play your local State lottery with 10 times better odds for 1/10th the prize. You get what you pay for.

Have you given any thought to running a fantasy pool? That way pool members could just post 10 combinations on the prediction board which would simulate them giving you $10 to play for them and you could get a feel for what it takes to run a lottery pool over the Internet with a bunch of strangers and forget about the math skills. That's kind of lottery pool might stir some interest among LP members. Good luck to you.

I am sure you are a nice guy bob, but you mean to tell me you don't have enough friends or family to start your own lottery pool? I think you may have stars in your eyes,you feel because this is a lottery forum that you will somehow get an edge playing with us instead of just your plain old friends. Believe me, we are all in the same boat here and trying to win in our own way. Keep an eye on our prediction boards,that is my best advice.

I get your point, however, It hardly seems worth the effort. Hiring lawyers, secretaries, messengers, video conferences, signing enless paperwork, policing to make sure everyone is on the up and up, follow ups designated by people on a payroll, on and on.

I like the idea of lottery pool. When MM or PB is higher than 100 million, assuming each member will be satisfied if his/her share is more than 2 million, then 50 members play togeter will increase the chance for every member by 50 fold. Assuming each player play 10 bucks each draw, the odds of winning jackpot is 1 in 300,000 (win 2 million each), much better than 1 in 15,000,000 if one plays alone (win 100 million).

The clerks in the stores where I buy my tickets talk very nice and some even say good luck after I buy my tickets. I've seen them selling tickets at the same stores for several months but I wouldn't trust any of them to buy and check my lottery tickets for me. What make you think any LP member would trust a stranger in Chicago more

Well.,,i can answer some part of it.,we can trust member,who are here for a while,and the way they talk.We could do it somehow thru lawyers,or something.2 years ago,i worked in village hall,and come up with idea to do lottery pool.I was maintenance there..and i work ther for 3 years..Those people know me only from work..and i was going thru each department collecting 1$ when mm jackpot hits over 150 milliion,,,i brought tickets,and they were kept in safe place in the building.I can say this righ...
