Interesting way of looking at it! That's why I prefer the 50% off sales instead at the market. I'd rather pay $1.00 for a $2.00 item than have to pay $2.00 for $4.00 worth of groceries, since I don't always want more. Although if I really like the product, it doesn't matter all that much to me, since I'm going to use it anyway.

Getting back to the lottery - no, I would not spend more.

You have to present them before you play I have got them before and I would rather pick my numbers, but they give some odd ball number they know probably won't hit....................
