			<description><![CDATA[<p>I agree with all comments posted, on both sides of the argument!<br /><br />My initial comment was based on something I believe the author posted about not having time or money to complete the software.  That&#x27;s how I arrived at my conclusion -- it&#x27;s not a slam on the software author.<br /><br />As one who has developed software for the majority of my time spent on this planet, I can attest to difficulties in meeting deadlines, as well as trying to manage expectations.
