I have bought a few of them myself. I did win $88 by finding a diamond. That's all I have won though.

As far as a $100 scratch off it would have to have odds of 1:1. What I mean by that is every ticket is a winner however you are not guaranteed to win your money back. That's the only way I would play anything over $20.

I have never bought a scratch off ticket before..I dont think I have..that plus the fact I live in a state that doesnt have a lottery anyway..but I dont think I have ever bought one even traveling through a LOTTERY STATE..I am not sure what the fascination is with those scratch off tickets..talking about having NO CONTROL OVER WHAT YOU GET....IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT IN MY BOOK....at least when you play pick 3 or pick 4 you can use past draws to increase your odds...you have no control over those sc... They would have to make it such that it returned 80 to 90 percent in smaller prizes with maybe 1 or 2% of sales going to the Jackpot which would have to be 20 MILL or more for most people to even consider it, and none of the tickets losing, that is the worst you could do is to win back $75 or $80 so that the ticket really costs $80-ish, and they'd make good gifts as such, but being you get what you pay for usually and the odds on scratch-offs are seldom disclosed, I'd likely not touch it and r... I voted NO. If I am going to bet 100 bucks, I will be at the Racetrack. I like my odds a whole lot better. I can double my money in less than two minutes (and have done so may times) by backing a solid betting favorite in a race of my choosing. Scratch off's are a losing proposition in my book.
