			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have bought a few of them myself.  I did win $88 by finding a diamond.  That&#x27;s all I have won though.<br /><br />As far as a $100 scratch off it would have to have odds of 1:1.  What I mean by that is every ticket is a winner however you are not guaranteed to win your money back.  That&#x27;s the only way I would play anything over $20.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>They would have to make it such that it returned 80 to 90 percent in smaller prizes with maybe 1 or 2% of sales going to the Jackpot which would have to be 20 MILL or more for most people to even consider it, and none of the tickets losing, that is the worst you could do is to win back $75 or $80 so that the ticket  really  costs $80-ish, and they&#x27;d make good gifts as such, but being you get what you pay for usually and the odds on scratch-offs are seldom disclosed, I&#x27;d likely not touch it and r... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/155890/828625">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>

I can double my money in less than two minutes (and have done so may times) by backing a solid betting favorite in a race of my choosing.
