As others have written, it would depend on the changes, if any. I don't want to see computerized drawings or higher odds. A successful business does need to be run by people who know how to run one, and the lottery is definitely a huge business. So I guess it depends on how private it really is.

I probably would still play if they didn't change the drawings too much or at all, and if they refused to make any of them RNG (WARNING: the PA Treasure Hunt the new one sounds like an RNG game!) also I would play MORE if they would make the ratio more in the players' favor, the 50% takeout means that most people can never win back half what they spent without killer algorithms.

The privates keep the money in their pockets.

The GOVT. supposedly fixes cracked roads and enlightens our aspiring young folk wit scooling an duh! such....LOL

It all depends on who you want to give the money to, defintely not the Charmins......LOL

The problem with state lotteries is that the state projects proceeds and spend before they get it.

Should be spend after you get it.

A lot of the infrastructure in this country is up for sale or has been sold. Politicans are afraid to raise taxes to pay for their use.

They may loose votes DUHHHHHH.

Also the the states are having difficulty funding these systems with low interest bond sales. No one is buying these bonds like they use too.
