			<description><![CDATA[<p>As others have written, it would depend on the changes, if any.  I don&#x27;t want to see computerized drawings or higher odds.  A successful business does need to be run by people who know how to run one, and the lottery is definitely a huge business.  So I guess it depends on how  private  it really is.<br /><br />One reason I look at privatization a bit negatively is from personal experience when I sold insurance to seniors. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I probably would still play if they didn&#x27;t change the drawings too much or at all, and if they refused to make any of them RNG (WARNING: the PA Treasure Hunt the new one sounds like an RNG game!) also I would play MORE if they would make the ratio more in the players&#x27; favor, the 50% takeout means that most people can never win back half what they spent without killer algorithms.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The problem with state lotteries is that the state projects proceeds and spend before they get it.<br /><br />Should be spend after you get it.<br /><br />A lot of the infrastructure in this country is up for sale or has been sold. Politicans are afraid to raise taxes to pay for their use.<br /><br />They may loose votes DUHHHHHH.<br /><br />Also the the states are having difficulty funding these systems with low interest bond sales.
