It doesn't matter to me very much, but I don't like waiting in a line for tickets so I checked that I usually buy my tickets where there aren't a lot of people hanging around. I actually don't find this question to be too crazy, so what does that say about me

I used to only buy tickets after 6pm on drawing night, but I found that doesn't matter.

I always let everyone ahead of me and let them enjoy themselves and buy all the qps they want so i can ask the clerk how much time i have and get the qp before the machine goes into draw break,you see everyone i came up with this idea that at that very last minute when you purchase qps it can't help but give you some correct numbers because it has been working hard all day,I won up to 4 of 6 and 4 of 5 on several occasions buying only 1 ticket,it only takes 1,The end,,,,,,Delores247

I prefer the morning also. I buy 20 (box) QP @ .50 and the cleark has to do them one at a time.

For buying QP the timing is extremely exact. One millisecond too early or too late and you get a totally different set of numbers, because the RNG is using white noise to seed its algorithm. It would be like guessing what sound level you have at a given instant where the sample is hissing noise. Your position in the line is less relevant than whether you took 1/2 second to sneeze before saying Gimme 5 quick picks .

Of course you can roll your own QP generator. Even my programs have this feat... [ More ]

In Dayton, Oregon their is no line for the lottery at Centers Market. It only gets busy around lunch time and in the afternoon after people get off of work or school lets out. I do not go to the store then because I like to get my tickets in the morning. So no waiting here. Just in and out with tickets. That is why I like small town life nothing happens here.-weshar75

i dont care what place in line i am because the person in front of me can get the winning quick pick or the person behind me so it doesnt matter i just stay positive and keep playing. i prefer no one around that way i wont hold anyone up with all my playslips...

I rarely play QP's, but when I do play, I like to play after someone who has just played a QP. I don't care if the store is empty or full, I like to go with the flow. Planning the moment dosen't appeal to me.

I always play at least $5 QP's for the MM and PB games. Its kinda of funny though, the last few weeks, I have been having psykomo ( ) moments. I have noticed that I always like to wait till the line is done and buy one more QP; especially if someone is playing with their own selected numbers. I also prefer that no one else be anywhere near the terminal besides the clerk when I buy my tickets. I mean, I don't care if there is a line but I prefer the store be empty when I buy.
