			<description><![CDATA[<p>There is no excuse for computerized drawings, no matter what they do in the evening.  The fact that they have and use real drawing machines, and opt not to use them during the day is actually twice as bad, not some kind of good thing.  (IMHO.)<br /><br />Computerized drawings are inherently dishonest, no matter how good intentioned the operator of the game is. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m pretty sure that, unlike a lot of states, PA is on the level with their RNG drawings simply because they conduct their other evening drawings with balls. That&#x27;s not to say RNGs are ever a viable alternative, but I don&#x27;t think PA is trying to do anything dishonest.<br /><br />But back to TH, it is a good game, I&#x27;ve won a lot of the money I put into it right back.</p>]]></description>
