I always take the last number and do a 123 rundown, I'll also do a tic tac toe workout, and any other workout in my arsenal of workouts.

I bought a little red booklet that just describe many different workouts. I have many number booklets that I use to see if the number chosen is cold or hot.

I then check to see if my chosen number has been predicted by some of my favorite predictors on the LP.

I've tried many different methods, systems that I designed on my own, lottery software, and a combination of both. I've even taken to analyzing my dreams, but I never dream numbers, and I can't decipher my dreams into numbers (my dreams are very abstract). Recently, I came across this random number web site, random.org that generates random numbers based on atmospheric noise. Usually, I slide the Mouse trough a check box with the numbers , trying to visually match the correct vibrations and the winner numbers.

If using paper and pen , I could make this direct in the playslip card.

Other times, I play number that I want.

I could use other method's too ...

Quick Picking is the only way to go...I also use gut feelings as well...I just need to get in the habit of always playing my gut feeling plays...but outside of that I prefer QPs.

I just pick up a betslip and a pencil with no eraser, and fill in those little boxes.

Before coming to LP it was gut hunches , quick picks, and number from astrology magazines.

Well, the astologoy magazines and Star scrolls are no loinger available around here, gut hunches just don't work for lotto (not for me anyway), and I'm not going to bet $64 on 128 combinations to win $40 and say, I hit .

I agree with Blackie. Except, I usually use a pencil (I make a lot of mistakes...changes). Just when you think things are going to turn around, it all goes down the tubes. But I still will not stop trying. If it wasn't a challenge we wouldn't be here talking.

i have several different ways.. one is qp's.. sometimes i play numbers from dreams..

or let the numbers jump out at me.. i used to (when i was younger,i know it's silly) write the numbers down on a piece of paper and draw them out...

Iuse pen and paper since it seems you find something that works for a while then everything changes and you have to go back to the drawing board and find what will work for a while again.

i never knew that because i have never won more than $5000 so it is good to know ahead of time because most people are so happy to collect a jackpot they will answer a random question like that without thinking...

that is so true. I am a witness to that. On May 24,1994, my Mom came here took me to Tallahassee to cash my $30,000 ticket on Fantasy 5. They asked me the same question my reply was I'll never tell. They do not need to know, it is NOT their business NOT REQUIRE.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone. When you win and have to complete an IRS form, the state lottery officials ask you WHAT YOUR METHOD IS. I am leary and hope you are as well of anyone anywhere that wants to know our method, and who is good at picking numbers. You and I will never know who on this forum - or any other - for that matter are state lottery officials. They are not our friends.

Rather than a process of inclusion I follow a process of elimination - ie remove numberm that are not expected to occur in the next draw. Eventually I'm left with a core set of numbers that I make my selection from.

Wow Delores, that's almost unreadable.

I use three hand-written charts as well as about 10 Excel spreadsheets to narrow down 3 numbers I will play across the board in all games as well as the Powerball itself, and for the other 2 numbers, I flip coins/throw darts/play eenie-meenie-miney-moe...

This system is very difficult to explain. There are a lot of things that I look for when making my list for play. I made reference to many of them when talking about the system.

Basicaly you set up your chart for your state.

When the draws come in you enter your drawn number and then look for how it was put together. A pair from one column to another , a missing digit in a column, reapeat pairs in a column , All evens , all odds , A consecutive , 2 even 1 odd , 1 up 1 down , etc,etc. The li... [ More ]

My current system has a Microsoft Excel component (Backtesting, Picking the next number) and a Visual Basic 6 component (Automating the workout I used to do manually... from weeks/months to under 10 minutes...)

I call it LRS, for Latent Repeating Sequences. It's really quite simple...

The Latent part is a variable that contains how many draws back in history you go to get that position's number.

I just went back into your blog and read all your entries on this method............I see that it was working for you, but wow, even after reading your instructions for setting the system up I still don't get how you pick numbers from the charts. Maybe I am trying too hard, but I feel pretty stupid now..

I use software that I wrote myself using GWBasic but it will do everything I've ever done using pencil and paper. Its core engine is a RND generator that pick numbers from up to three different groups and combine them according to a combination of parameters that I choose and compare them with all the previous drawings. It can automatically accept the combinations or display the results and allow me to accept or reject the combinations.

I have posted this system quite a few times here over the years.

Be easier for you to find it in my blog. I have called it by different names. The e-z pick system and the print and save system.

The numbers are the actual draw history of South Carolina for about the last 25 days or so.

I got the 931 to play from the 129 last drawn in second column. I went up 1 on the 2.

In the second column you will see the 131 and 911. I use current drawn exact order pairs to make my str8s. 131 = x31... [ More ]

I hear ya! It's better to keep it simple. Too much information isn't always a good thing. Now your chart,for example, looks simple enough. Did you post this system before on here? Because I'm being nosy on how you came up with these certain numbers and where 931 fits in the picture. Hmmmm..........

Software and data stats are fine BUT it is a constant search and confuses my mind to a point of more confusion. Random draws just makes more data history on max outs and hit skips.

My first system that I made from pencil and paper is this one. I just look at the chart and put together numbers for play. Done pretty good at it sometimes. Using this chart I am going to play the 931 in S.C. for a bit.

It was difficult to pick one selection. I chose birthdays and special dates, but I also have 2 numbers that are former quick picks. Sometimes I add a couple of quick picks, but I've cut way back and usually just play my 4 combinations twice a week. I know that many members will answer that the only reason so many quick picks win is because people buy more of them, but last night all 3 Fant 5 winners chose quick picks.
