Mmm what will I do? I'll buy two tickets for a Virgin Galactic flight at 200k per ticket (opening soon), spend about 4 mil on a mansion near my hometown, buy a condo in Fl, and CA, buy a truck, sedan, and covertable, go shopping for a much needed new wardrobe, have some work done, get married, buy my mom a car, take her shopping, and tell her she doesn't have to work anymore, travel the world, give to charity, invest, and most importantly, enjoy life! I have an 18 page dream document that goes in to much detail about how to spend, invest, be philanthropic, etc. I'm sure I'm not alone in the amount of detail.

Homeless families..

Buy a sub-division.. build the houses put them in it.. Do not turn deeds over to them, instead hire someone to care for them and to watch the sub..

Medical...

Pay for treatments ahead of time..

Purchase insurance for those who cannot afford it..

If I had 100 million dollars.. Education would see the bulk of it. Educating the parents of these kids first.

I agree with Pac on this, but after that I think I would find some worth while charity that does something to really help people, that unlike some of these that give 10% to the deserving and keep 90% for there own self serving salaries, cars and million dollar homes.
