			<description><![CDATA[<p>I wouldnt say holding out, as I have posted in several states with success<br /><br />but the Tiers work best when prepared after each drawing and I dont always<br /><br />have time to prepare them for all of the threads.  And on top of that not all players<br /><br />like them, it does cover a nice amount of combinations but thats why it is so consistent<br /><br />Better for online play or if you can do some filtering of your own. There&#x27;s no way to put a percentage on  increasing your odds  because just when you think you&#x27;ve got something hot going on,it will go cold. It would fluctuate all the time.<br /><br />You will have to do a lot of homework,let&#x27;s put it that way.
