			<description><![CDATA[<p>ok LD,<br /><br />i got the MDT, but what am i usin&#x27; 4 the MST?  now there&#x27;s only one state which is Arizona, it&#x27;s a p3, but i think that data can be applied to create hot tracs for the p4, hunch is the states that don&#x27;t offer a p4 may be a guide/indication as the EDT is a trend setta.  there&#x27;s gotta be a travel trend setta too.  thanks..</p>]]></description>
