Carlos Slim could be the richest man in the world next year.

Unlike other billionaires, he isnt a philantropist.

He made most of his fortune by buying the only telephone company in Mexico in the early 90 s.

One of the worst things in Mexico is the socioeconomic inequalities and social discrimination.

How is distribuiting 20-40 million dollars to the population going to help the ECONOMY or the Poor when that amount (30-40 million dollars) is given 52 times a year (you may say is 104 since the lottery is played 2 times a week, but count the times it is not won) and these countries have at least 100 million people..What will really help the poor is an easy lottery like a cash3/Pick3 from 0 to 5 but that's another story and doubt they will create it....Is not going to help nothing...The countrie... Also i think they should raise the jackpot to 3 dollars that way they will have high jackpots...Mexico needs a Billion dollar lottery.....Giving people 20 million dollars PER DRAW IN MEXICO is nothing...Those winners will tend to waste their money or create small companies...I've seen Mexico's education system and they have one of the best in Latin America...Their universities is like Top Notch, seen through our eyes Panamenians...What Mexico needs to do is consolidate all the draws and play it... There was one winning ticket (or at least they say)

The National Lottery usually mentions at least the name of the State where the Jackpot was won,

but not this time. They only published the results in the newspapers saying:

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE LUCKY WINNER.

Maybe there was a lucky winner, all right, in the corrupt Mexican Government.

After all $500 million pesos (about $45 million USD) is not that much to begin with,

for being a National Lottery.
