			<description><![CDATA[<p>No one will say anything because there&#x27;s nothing incriminating to tell. No lottery director had any ill-will when switching all drawings to RNG. And anything that might be wrong with the RNGs cannot be proven because there is no transparency with computerized drawings.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I had this conversation with one of the lottery reps one time and he said that the reason Oregon went to computerized draws was to save on the bottom line.  The lottery decided to do away with ball draws and the money they had to spend to televise the draws.  They decided it would be more cost effective to just use the computer.  To me though it removes the excitement out of the drawing aspect.-weshar75</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>They&#x27;ve already come forward and told us what goes on. The RNG  generates a winning number that is, for all practical purposes, completely random, but once in a great while a hardware problem results in a glitch.</p>]]></description>
