there is a place on the web where you can actually take your losing lottery tickets and win cash certificates from 25$ to 4,999$. If any of your losing tickets numbers match their daily computer generated numbers, you collect points, once you have collected a certain level of points you can redeem them for cash certificates to any of the 70 stores they have to choose from.
