I don't thank, nor do I think, the government can change the results of lottery drawing without at least getting caught red-handed.

I agree, if their concern is the machines breaking down then all the pretests they do

just add to wear and tear. The machines would last alot longer if they were just used

for the actual drawing. I dont like the fact that their computers know how much they

have to payout according to what number is going to fall which would allow them to

dodge hefty payouts if necessary but I suppose there is no way around that. It worked

for years when people ran numbers in the streets though

They do it every day. They perform pre tests and rotation of the tubes without release of their new configuration, or orientation. It's funny though...despite all those Precautions , machines will still break down when they want to. It's like trying to prevent the next airline disaster by performing mock events....WTF?
