IDAHO. All Computer Generated Draws. Really BAD Scratchers and Brag all the time of how much the Lottery gives to the State. $33million this year. Then they let someone win the WildCard2 Game after they met quota and gave the State the Big Check. Payout had gotten to $3million.

The thing I wonder since it's a computerized drawing that isn't broadcast: Could someone be programming the computer to select unchosen number combinations so the jackpot keeps rolling over

There is a major difference in interfering with the natural flow of the history within the tubes and their rotation done by the officials, and the way you propose as manipulating the outcome of the draw.

Your interpretation seems to implicate that they are somehow having exact control on the draw numbers. I can't possibly see how they could just conjure 444 to come out in any particular night. I would like to say Georgia has one of the better lotteries in the USA, constantly coming out with new scratch-offs, etc. And the finances seem to be transparent. Education in Georgia has increased in quality due to the lottery money- I do not know if each dollar was wisely spent but overall the lottery has benefited the state citizens. And the payout details for each drawing are posted fairly quickly. And the winnings on scratch offs seems to be consistent with the population distribution.

I see what you mean about the hours. First, they don't have hours. Most p-3 and 4 games I'm aware of can be played almost near the actual drawing. Here in Floriduh, I can play the p-3 to almost 7:45 pm eastern standard time. The drawing is done at 7:55.

Triples come around about every thousand days, on average. There is no foul play there. I think you need to get to know the odds with the p-3 and p-4 a liitle better.

I think Va but then again, I live here and deal with it. I don't play any other states but when they got rid of the the first lottery and went to lotto south , now the best they can do is come up with win for life. 1000 bucks a week for life. You can make more than that working. I thought the Idea was to hit the lottery and STOP working. Just my thoughts.
