			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;ve been watching and playing SOME here in NC. Looking at the list of the winners at the lottery website and using my trusty map, there&#x27;s an area where MOST of the winners are concentrated. Most of the winners seem to be concentrated near the state capitol (within 10-40 miles). Does this pattern mimick those in your state? Now I m talking about scratches only!
